What is Energy Work?

This is a great starting point as your first session, for those unsure of where to begin.

I relay Life Force Energy into your body, through my hands, on a massage table.

Often the use of Crystals, Smudging, Tibetan instruments and Music, are incorporated, to further assist in the clarification, protection and amplification process.

The session concludes with final insights and guidance from Spirit.

This is a powerful hands-on energy session, which realigns the body’s energy flow and amplifies your Life Force, clearing blockages and removing stagnant energy.

This session assists in processing any emotional issues, amplifies the body’s self healing mechanisms and gently nudges you further along your path on an energetic level, empowering you to infuse positive change within your life.

Session types:

There are two types of Energy Sessions:

  1. Energy Intensive Session

    This session has an emphasis on the energy work, with a very brief relay of information from Spirit at the end of the session.

    It is designed for those who perhaps have chronic or acute physical illness or injury or are feeling overwhelmed by emotional issues, with limited capacity for verbal communication or simply prefer a shorter session.

    Duration: 45 minutes

    Consultation Fee: $150

  2. Energy Realignment Session

    This session incorporates a more fulsome Spirit driven discussion around the energy work, where more insights and recommendations for beneficial change are communicated.

    Duration: 1.5 hours

    Consultation Fee: $200

Note that all of the sessions have an accumulative healing and clarifying effect on the body, psyche and your life, over time.

While a one off session on occasion is powerful, real progress occurs with multiple sessions over time, the frequency of which can be customised to your needs.
